Our Clubhouse is available for rental by any Fayson Lakes Association member in good standing.  The Clubhouse may be rented any day after Labor Day weekend through April, unless an Association or Club event is taking place.  The Clubhouse is not available for rental during the summer months.

 

The fee is $200 plus a $250 refundable cleaning/security deposit.  There is also an additional charge for plowing the large parking lot if needed for the rental.
